Cafe Modo plans to open with daytime coffee and bagels 4 days a week with 2 nights of dinner service including pizza, roasted chicken, whole fish and tasty drinks on Friday and Saturday nights. We plan to eVOLVE operating days/hours no later than summer 2027 when we will also debut our outdoor patio!
